Protected Principal
Amplified Returns

Your investment converts to physical gold and silver. The appreciation gets deployed into oil and gas mineral rights, protecting your base while multiplying your wealth through two appreciating asset classes.

How It Works

Your Principal Stays Protected Only Growth Gets Deployed
Your investment will flow through a Blocker Corp if needed for protection from UBTI events for IRA's or directly into physical metals. Every six months, we evaluate your precious metal holdings. If they have appreciated to predetermined gains above your base value, we harvest only the gain above that threshold. Your original metal position remains untouched. This harvested appreciation deploys into carefully selected oil and gas mineral rights at today's historically low prices. The cycle repeats: as metals continue appreciating, we harvest again, steadily building your portfolio of income-producing assets while your protected base keeps growing. It's compounding growth with principal preservation built in.

Investment FAQ

What is the minimum investment?Class A Membership Units are $1,000 per unit. The sponsor has discretion on accepted firm minimums. A reasonable minimum ensures adequate diversification across both precious metals holdings and future mineral rights acquisitions. What fees does the fund charge?Texas Petro Metals is structured on a standard 2 / 20 model. One-time setup fees and 2% annual asset management fee are deducted at closing. After fees, your remaining capital immediately converts to physical gold and silver bullion stored at the Texas Bullion Depository. When can I expect my first distribution? There is a short 2-year lockout period of no withdrawals. After that, there are annual redemption opportunities based on available fund liquidity.Who can invest in this fund?Only accredited investors as defined by SEC Rule 501(a). You must verify your accredited status through an independent third-party verification service, CPA, attorney, or registered financial advisor before your subscription can be accepted. Can international investors participate?Yes, non-U.S. investors may invest subject to compliance with their home country regulations and U.S. tax withholding requirements, including completion of IRS Form W-8BEN and any applicable tax treaties.Where are the precious metals stored and how are they protected?Your gold and silver are stored at the Texas Bullion Depository. Holdings are fully insured and are audited by the State of Texas Comptrollers office as well as an annual 3rd party audit performed on behalf of Texas Peto Metals LLC. The metals are held through a C-corporation structure to eliminate UBTI for IRA and 401(k) investors. How do I track my investment and receive updates? All investors receive secure access to our client portal. This licensed platform serves as your central hub for incoming funds, outgoing distributions, investment documents, monthly statements, distribution notices, tax documents (K-1s), and secure communication with fund management. You'll receive email notifications when new documents or updates are posted. What happens to royalty income from mineral rights? When mineral rights begin producing income, 100% of your share goes back to you (Class A investors) until you've recovered the harvest proceeds used to acquire that specific property. Thereafter, royalties are split 80% to Class A investors and 20% to the manager (Class B).Can I use my IRA or 401(k) to invest?Yes. The fund's C-corporation blocker structure is specifically designed to prevent Unrelated Business Taxable Income (UBTI) from passing through to retirement accounts. Consult your tax advisor and ensure your IRA custodian permits alternative investments before proceeding.
